Yes, new clients are always welcome. Getting started begins with a virtual consultation with Jill to discuss your goals and determine the best approach for your hair.
Yes, all new clients must complete a consultation. The $25 fee will be applied toward your service. During this session, Jill will assess your hair’s density, texture, and overall health while outlining the recommended process for your desired look.
No special preparation is needed—just arrive as you are, and Jill will take care of everything else.
Starter loc and combination services typically take 6–8 hours, depending on your hair’s length, density, and current condition. Maintenance appointments usually last 3–4 hours. You’ll receive a more accurate time estimate during your consultation.
This depends on your hair’s condition. Highly relaxed hair may require a transition period due to increased fragility, while color-treated hair is usually suitable. Jill will evaluate your hair and recommend the safest option. Please note that coloring services are not offered.
