Jill Burgess is a Master Loc Artisan and the creator of The Majestic Touch™, a signature loc technique designed to solidify the root foundation, restore total loc health, and return strength and power to every strand.
With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Jill's career has been intentionally layered and purposefully built — each chapter strengthening a different dimension of her expertise: artistry, education, leadership, and business strategy.

The Majestic Touch™
Jill specializes in combining traditional locs into thicker Trunks and Wicks — intentionally distinguishing the two. The Majestic Touch™ is not focused on appearance alone. It integrates both the spiritual connection and the science of textured hair, reinforcing the integrity of the root so that locs grow stronger, healthier, and more resilient over time.
Wicks
Structured locs that stand upright toward the sun — inspired by the candle wick. Bold, vertical, and striking in presence. Each wick is a statement of visibility and authority.
Trunks
Longer, grounded locs with movement and depth. Like the trunk of a tree and an elephant's trunk — both representing rootedness, knowledge, legacy, and power. A symbol of the Dynasty Era.
